How do I update my account information?
You can change your account information by selecting Login/Register. Enter your email address and password to view your account information. From there, you can update your email address, name, password, and billing/shipping information.
Can I order online from outside the US?
We only deliver orders to physical mailing addresses within the United States including APO or FPO, but excluding PO boxes.

We generally offer ground shipping as well as various expedited shipment options. The best way to determine your options and pricing is to add your items to the cart and proceed with the checkout process.
How can I track my order?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If your account information does not update with your tracking number, contact customer service at (262) 965-2825.
When will you ship my order?
We do our best to ship all orders received by 2:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday on that same business day. Otherwise, most items will ship the following business day.

How do I cancel an order?
Once an order is submitted, our staff in most cases sartts to process the order immediately. Our goal is to get it to you as fast as we can, which means we cannot accommodate all changes. An order may be packed and on the truck within 30 minutes of receiving payment. If you have placed an order that needs to be cancelled, give us a call as soon as possible at (262) 965-2825. We will do what we can to accommodate your request. If your order cannot be cancelled, check out our return policy.
